Randeep Singh
Senior Corporate Trainer
Enthused with the passion for making difference in Human Resource Management, Randeep started his corporate
career into training,15 years ago starting with BILT, later he has worked with NIIT Ltd and Labournet India Services Ltd.
Intensely passionate and adept at the techniques of transferring skills across levels of individuals, Randeep is
equipped with the knack for easily identifying the gaps between the existing and the required skill levels across
hierarchies.
A highly creative out of the box thinker, he possesses a keen understanding of the processes of the industry and the
matching soft skills thereof. Armed with a Masters in Mass Communications ( Msc – Full time ) and a Post
Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, he is appropriately skilled at simplifying and transferring concepts in easily
comprehensible ways. Randeep is a prolific writer with keen insights into writing and customizing content in order to
enhance its effectiveness as per the target group. Majority of his experience is related to the Service, IT Industry, and
manufacturing Industry.
